So many of you may have noticed that there is not much activity in the forum right now. This isn't uncommon with new forums, as new folks are trickling in. Often, members will just lurk about reading other posts without participating in the discussion, which is ok... but if you want to see more discussion it's up to each member to join in and participate. This may be a new environment for some of you. A discussion forum is certainly a good place to learn things and be entertained by others, but it really only works if we have a lot of active members. I know that jumping in may feel like that first day of class where the teacher conducts ice-breaker exercises (the old "Say your name and tell us something about yourself" kind of thing that many of us despise - I know I did) but active participation is the only way to make it work so... Challenge yourself to respond to at least two posts and create at least one thread of your own. If you have questions about how to navigate the forum, contact me via PM (private message - click on the name to go to my profile and then click "Send Message") or email me: cactusjack67@gmail.com. Take a step outside of your comfort zone and see what happens. You might be surprised. ~V
