So I finally saw Zootopia today and I was really blown away by the movie. I knew it had amazing reviews and the trailers looked entertaining as well but I was not prepared for just how good this movie would be. One of Disney's best. This may be a family-friendly movie, but the messages and the subtle layers of the storyline and the dialogue, it was brilliant. I absolutely loved all the undertones of the movie. Has anyone else seen the movie and would like to rant and squeal and analyze? Here's a trailer, in case someone isn't familiar with the movie: And here's a video of some very funny moments in the movie ( SPOILERS AHEAD. DO NOT WATCH IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE MOVIE):

LOL that's one of my favorite details and scenes in the movie. The entire DMV scene cracked me up.

I haven't seen it, although I'd like to. Probably will wait for it to come out on video, although I'll admit I have a long list of movies I'm theoretically going to see on video, hm.
These days I'm one of those old fogeys who hates going to the movie theater because it's so expensive. But there's something fun about seeing a show with a bunch of strangers who are also laughing and gasping out loud. As long as they're not TALKING out loud during the movie, grrr.
